Provided structural design services for the expansion of a three-level 399-space parking structure. The design included a fourth level addition with ADA improvements. Improvements in parking capacity required modifications to the existing vehicle ramps since providing new external ramps was not possible due to the adjacent existing buildings. Traffic circulation was redesigned to optimize the parking usage and maintain access to the structure from four City streets. Biggs Cardosa served as Prime Consultant for the project.
