Oakland CM Support Seismic Retrofit Projects, Oakland, CA

Biggs Cardosa was awarded the Construction Management Support contract for the seismic retrofit of five bridge structures for the City of Oakland. The work under this contract includes construction management support, materials testing and structural inspection services for the seismic retrofits of Campus Drive Bridge, Coliseum Way Bridge, Hegenberger Road Bridge, Park Boulevard Viaducts, and the 23rd Avenue Overhead. Services include providing a Structure Representative and certified special inspectors. Biggs Cardosa is also leading a team of civil, geotechnical, and environmental CM consultants, as well as a Caltrans-certified materials testing laboratory to assist the City perform the Construction Management, Contract Administration, and Quality Assurance of these seismic retrofit projects.
