Biggs Cardosa provided special inspection services during the construction of a 28,000 sf. structure.  The City of Morgan Hill provided our inspectors with greater responsibility during the placement of concrete for the foundation.  Each load of concrete delivered to the site was strictly monitored for quality control and loads were rejected if they were found non-conforming to the project specifications.  The special inspections performed for this project include the placement of reinforcing steel, the placement, sampling and testing of concrete, non-shrink grout, the welding and erection of structural steel and metal decking, and the installation and tightening of high strength bolts.
