During the thirteen-month long construction phase, Biggs Cardosa provided full construction support services, including structural observation. Our highly qualified inspection personnel, in conjunction with the design engineers, performed the structural observation services for all phases of construction. The observation services included review of driven pile fabrication and installation, pile cap construction, cast-in-place concrete reinforcement and concrete placement, post-tensioned concrete reinforcement placement and stressing operations, structural steel placement and field connections, and raised concrete composite deck construction.
