Campbell Union High School District
Five Performing Art Centers were designed for campuses within the Campbell Union High School District. The 8,200 sf buildings were designed to have identical main theatre complexes with different lobbies and entrance structures designed to complement the architecture of the adjacent structures at each of the individual campuses. The new theaters will allow performing arts students to explore their multimedia, visual arts, stage craft and theatre production skills. The flexible space also allows for alternative uses such as conference facilities for teachers and administration, additional assembly/lecture space for students, and performance space for the communities of Campbell, Saratoga, and San Jose. Biggs Cardosa also assisted the Architect with many of the architectural details for the buildings and provided services during construction.
