Berryessa Creek Bridge Flood Control Improvements – Montague Expressway & South Milpitas Boulevard, Milpitas, CA

The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) partnered with Santa Clara County (County), the Santa Clara Valley Water District (SCVWD) and the City of Milpitas to implement the Montague Expressway/South Milpitas Boulevard Improvement Project. Biggs Cardosa Associates provided structural engineering services for the design of the bridge replacement structure, two floodwalls, and numerous retaining walls required to raise the profile grade of Montague Expressway approximately 6 feet at Berryessa Creek.
