Biggs Cardosa provided structural engineering services to prepare the scoping documents for the construction of a new bus transfer facility for the City of Manteca that was constructed under a Design-Build contract. The structures include a single-story 7,000 sf building for public and transportation staff use, steel-framed shelter structures and a steel and masonry entry arch structure. The scoping documents included foundation and framing plans for the wood-framed structure and detailing of the visually exposed steel structures.
