Biggs Cardosa was the prime consultant for the development of the City of Pleasanton’s City-wide Transportation Structure Assets Management Program and Implementation of the program for the City’s 2013 through 2016 fiscal years. This city-wide program has the objective of performing both Preliminary Engineering (PE) and Construction Engineering (CE) for 7 bridges identified by Caltrans. This contract also includes development and annual updates of a city-wide Transportation Structures Asset Management Program. The scope of this program includes the inventory, inspection, evaluation, and maintenance of all structures of a specific diameter or span within the city limits.
