Ron Oen, PE
PRINCIPAL

Ron began his career at Biggs Cardosa in 1988. He has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Santa Clara University. Ron has extensive experience in engineering, construction management and project management. Ron has led design and construction teams on numerous complex multi-discipline award-winning transportation projects. In 2010 Ron expanded his role to include Construction Manager with the goal of growing the firm’s Construction Management Department.

Ron is registered as a Professional (Civil) Engineer in the State of California.
