Ines Li, PE
ASSOCIATE

Ines began her career with Biggs Cardosa in 1991. She has a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.S. in Structural Engineering from University of California at Berkeley. She has a wealth of experience in structural engineering and project management with an emphasis on transportation and infrastructure projects.  Ines has acted as Project Manager on numerous transportation projects including new construction, rehabilitation and seismic retrofit of various highway, pedestrian, and heavy and light rail projects. 

Ines is registered as a Professional (Civil) Engineer in the State of California.
